1. Hold the gun. The spray gun was held by palms, thumbs, little fingers, and unknown fingers. Some spray painters work for a long time, and when they work, they change the grip from time to time. Sometimes they only use their thumbs to cooperate with the small fingers, and sometimes they cooperate with the ring finger grip. This can relieve fatigue and improve labor efficiency.
2. The position of the spray gun on the surface of the substrate. The spray gun should be vertical on the surface of the substrate, or as much as possible. If the spray gun is a bit crooked, the result will inevitably cause the spray band to flow on one side, and the other side will appear dry and lack of paint, which is likely to cause stripe -like coating.
3. The distance from the spray gun to the surface of the substrate. For siphon -type spray guns, the best working distance is 15 ~ 20cm. If the distance is too close, it may be flowing, and the color may even cause the color to be inconsistent with the expected when spraying metal flash or pearl paint. If the distance is too far. More than 20cm may cause dry spray and overjusting, making the flatness of the coating worse. If the sprayed metal glittering paint may also have the possibility of color change. Pressure -type spray guns can be far away from the substrate. The best distance is about 20 ~ 30cm. These are the basic principles that must be followed when spraying construction.
4. The movement speed of the spray gun. When spraying, the movement speed of the spray gun has a great impact on the coating effect. If the spray gun moves too fast, the surface looks dry, the flowing level is poor, and rough; if the spray gun moves too slowly, the coating formed is too thick, which is likely to produce flowing. The most ideal spray gun moving speed should be that once the spraying is over, the new spray coating looks so plump and wet, neither dry, barren nor too much piles. In short, the movement speed of the spray gun should be determined according to the specific situation of the construction site. Generally speaking, only for relatively comparison, the movement speed when using a pressure -free spray gun is faster than using other types of spray guns.
5. Control control. The spray gun is controlled by the trigger. The deeper the trigger, the larger the liquid flow rate. In the process of running the gun, the trigger is always deducted, not half -buckle. In order to avoid the accumulation of the coating sprayed at the end of each gun, experienced painters must slightly relax the trigger to reduce the amount of paint.
